Corporate friendly dance classes - ‘two left feet’ celebrated!
At Differently Wellbeing, we believe in the transformative power of dance to enhance physical, emotional, and mental health. Our dance classes are designed to engage your team, boost morale, and provide a fun, energizing experience. Dance is one of the oldest forms of somatic release, expression, and connection in the world, making it a powerful tool for stress relief, emotional health, and team-building.
We currently offer two unique dance classes: Dance Fit and Beginners Latin – Learn to Dance with a Strictly Pro. Both classes can be enjoyed as stand-alone sessions or as a progressive block of 6 classes, allowing your team to build skills, boost confidence, and strengthen bonds.
No equipment needed, we can provide the speakers as well if necessary.
All we need is a good open space, and for your team to wear anything they feel comfortable in. Sequins are optional (and loved!)

Dance Fit is a fun, easy to follow cardio workout with the main aim of releasing endorphins and leaving you feeling like an absolute diva! Each track contains a simple, repetitive dance combination to follow along, as well as different genres to suit everyone, and put some fun (with some sass!) into your workouts.
There is no dance experience needed and each class will cover different styles of song, dance moves and ensure you leave beaming from ear-to- ear! The science doesn’t lie, dance is one of the most beneficial things we can do for not just ouir physical health, but our brain health too!
It’s been shown to help prevent dementia, aid those suffering with Parkinson’s, and improve our memory.

Join Ksenia, an ex-pro dancer from Strictly and Dancing With The Stars, to learn the basics of how to jive and samba, in this exhilarating and fun dance classes! In this 6 week series, you will learn basic jive moves and then samba basics. Each week will be carefully planned to deliver a fun and inclusive cardio workout, whilst improving rhythm, co-ordination, balance and fitness! With an emphasis on learning moves individually in a line formation, each week will also explore some basic pairs work, whilst keeping enough respect, space and distance for the corporate environment. Jive and samba have been chosen especially for their high-energy and amazing songs, whilst being able to dance well alone. No previous dance experience necessary and two left feet welcome!
