At Differently Wellbeing, we offer in-person corporate yoga classes in London and online, tailored to your team’s needs. Whether you're looking for a one-off yoga session for a special event or awareness day, or a weekly corporate yoga programme that builds strength and balance over time - we’ve got you covered.

All our teachers are hand-picked by our Founder Emily, a yoga teacher with over 9+ years of teaching for top brands, festivals and studios in London and the UK - so you can be totally confident that every session is delivered to an exceptionally high-standard with teachers who have a wealth of experience teaching mixed level groups. All our teachers are diligent in ensuring that every session is always super beginner-friendly, anti-diet culture and inclusive of all body shapes, sizes and abilities.

  • Our expert teachers deliver a wide range of yoga styles, from grounding Hatha and flowing Vinyasa, to gentle restorative and mobility-focused sessions. We’ll design a programme that meets your goals, space, and team vibe.

    What you need:
    • A space to roll out yoga mats (boardrooms or breakout spaces often work!)
    • Yoga mats - most of our clients choose to purchase their own mats, however we can also arrange for premium mat rental (from £100 per session + courier costs)
    • Gym-style clothing is ideal, but not essential (we’ve had people practice with us in dresses and suits in the past!)

  • Our signature session. We get the rigours of the modern workday, you’re short on time AND space... however, we are firm believers that time spent on your wellbeing, is something that MUST be carved out of a busy day.

    All that is needed is a chair. Most work clothing is suitable, except for very tight skirts/ trousers, but we always make it work on the day with whatever people are wearing.

    How it works: We use a combination of mostly seated, and some standing (with support from the wall/chairs to make it accessible to those who find it harder to stand or balance) yoga poses. These help reduce back, neck and shoulder pain, release tension, reduce headaches, improve mood, digestion, breathing and energy levels and each session ends with a guided ‘desk savasana’ to help frazzled minds.

  • If you don’t have space to for a mat-based yoga session in your office, we can take all the hassle out of arranging a place for your class.

    We can book London yoga studios on your behalf, starting from £50ph, or we can work together with our venue partners to find you somewhere super special.
