Our ethos when it comes to fitness is that no-one should ever feel left behind, or left out. Your team will be met with compassion at whatever their level, (and whatever injuries they are bringing to the table) and each of our instructors aims to educate, inspire and leave everyone glowing and full to the brim with all the good happy hormones that movement unleashes. Watch how your team attack the day after blowing off stress and steam and resetting body and mind.

Low-Impact Hybrid class, making it suitable for those with ‘bad knees’, ‘dodgey shoulders’ or ‘bad backs’. A combination of floor barre, pilates and low-impact intervals to get the heart rate up. This class works the whole body at low risk. An amazing mood-booster! This class counts as almost a third of the World Health Organisations recommendations for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity per week to support good mental health.

Body-weight HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) to help you get fit, fast! This class has been known to leave people on a serious high, and always walking out the door vowing to do things differently in their routine. Cardio is key to look after your heart. This class will provide half of your weekly need for 75mins of vigorous-intensity exercise needed each week for good mental health - as recommended by the World Health Organisation.

Get introduced to the concept of ‘shadow boxing’ (boxing drills working on punch combos and footwork, with no need for bag or gloves) as you find a healthy outlet for your building stress and frustration levels. This class uses body-weight Interval Training and Combat Drills for a total reset . A well balanced bit of everything. Heart- pumping intervals, mobility, core, strength, and conditioning to reset your week! This class counts towards the World Health Organisation’s recommendations for low and high intensity aerobic activity each week for good mental health.

Be truthful - how much are your really stretching in your week?! Or maybe even month?! These thoughtful injury-friendly classes are a style of ‘prehab’, aimed at preventing injuries. Featuring Mobility, Stretching, Self Massage and myofascial release (using balls) - this class educates your team on how to look after themselves and prevent injuries. Considering that 15.5% of all sickness days in the UK are taken because of muscularskeletal issues, helping your team learn how to look after themselves means that everyone is a winner!
All classes can be done with fitness mats only - think body-weight movements and you-go-I-go sequencing to help bring the team together and collaborate.
However, we recommend investing in some basic equipment for longer-term programmes. Let us know your budgets and we can sort it all!
