FITNESS CLASSES WE OFFER

Our ethos when it comes to fitness is that no-one should ever feel left behind, or left out. Your team will be met with compassion at whatever their level, (and whatever injuries they are bringing to the table) and each of our instructors aims to educate, inspire and leave everyone glowing and full to the brim with all the good happy hormones that movement unleashes. Watch how your team attack the day after blowing off stress and steam and resetting body and mind.

Our ‘Motivator’ workout with our incredible senior trainer Mayoor in Aldgate East, London.

All classes can be done with fitness mats only - think body-weight movements and you-go-I-go sequencing to help bring the team together and collaborate.

However, we recommend investing in some basic equipment for longer-term programmes. Let us know your budgets and we can sort it all!

Did you know? ‘Myokines’ are chemicals produced by muscle tissue when we exercise, and they communicate directly with the brain, enhancing cognitive function and mental well-being.
